I need to install packages from VI Package Manager 2020 to LabVIEW 2020 64-bit (only LabVIEW installed on this machine) and keep getting messages about vipm not being able to connect to LabVIEW.
I made sure of the following:
- VI server is enabled and the specified port is the same on both sides (the default 3363)
- I specified localhost in the machine access list and * in the list of exported VIs.
I even tried to launch vipm with administrative priviledges.
Finally, I nuked the [Targets] section in C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM\Settings.ini
All without success. vipm still throws an errors saying it can't connect to LabVIEW.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
