fixed JKI Design Palette messes up LabVIEW search

Hi, It's still interfering with QuickDrop (ex: QD -> ctrl+I then the Palette appears). Today it appears with ctrl + Alt (without QD). When it's installed it works well, but after a while it interferes. I have to uninstall the palette each time I don't need it. Regards,
