Not sure what solved it but the issue (at least for me) magically disappeared 🙂. All works fine again.

Correction: my other system also shows the issue now (it was working fine before)

I have about the same issue although I can access the LabVIEW Tools Network but not the VI Package Network. It works on a different laptop in the same network
