  1. I've managed to totally confuse myself: I have installed the Community Version of LabVIEW 2023 which also installed VIPM. Launching the latter, it asked me to select a version to use. In the process of trying to work it out, I closed the dialog and it defaulted to “Free”. This seems to be for Academic or Commercial users which doesn't cover me; the Community version seems to be for packaging solutions for sharing (something I'm not likely to do for some time, if ever.) I want to be able to install packages, specifically the NI GOOP Development Package; details on the Community version don't actually refer to finding and installing packages. Am I ok with the Free edition until I want to package and distribute a solution (probably never)? If not, how do I convert the "Free" edition into the "Community" Edition and will that allow me to install packages?
