Had to use NI Package Manager... Guess it was too old to automatically update itself.

OK, apparently it's the 2020 version. My bad, I guess. Although it's a bit confusing: "Check for VIPM updates on launch" is on, but "Do not check for updates automatically" is on. It seems the result is it doesn't check for updates.

Why doesn't VIPM let me install Caraya on LV23 or LV24? They are installed... How to install them? Simply copy the vi.lib VIs?
