"Error Code:59" while upgrading to XLR8 v2023.4.0.2

Hello,

for a while now i got this problem while trying to download and install the vi package called “XLR8” with the Version “2023.4.0.2” which is the current Version. While installing i get following error message: “VIPM could not download the package data_ahead_gmbh_lib_xlr8-2023.4.0.2 from the remote server. Error Code:59” (see attached screenshots). This also happens while opening VIPM with admin rights. Copy pasting the download URL into my browser succesfully downloads the file “data_ahead_gmbh_lib_xlr8-2023.4.0.2.vip” but right-clicking that file and pressing “add to VIPM library” doesn't do anything.  Installing older versions of this package works perfectly fine though. 

I hope you can give me some input on how i could manage this error.
