Variant Config File suggestion : out put old val, new val

Who could live without Variant Config File ?

I could not, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

 

There is a feature that I'm sure everybody was asked to code at least once : Log configuration changes.

A VI "write section cluster with log" that :

- reads the current value of all the keys in the section,

- write the new values,

- output an array containing only the modified values with (section, key, old val, new val).

 

This would be lovely .
