Paul Birkholz
I am developing some tooling for programmatically building and installing VI packages. I want to use Python as the orchestrator and would love it if there was a CLI for VIPM. However, I have only seen references to unofficially supported commands. Is there an official CLI with documentation? Currently, I am calling the VIPM LabVIEW API using the LabVIEW CLI and that is working. However, it requires me to maintain wrapper VIs. It also requires me to install the VIPM LabVIEW API manually, which isn't great for automation. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. If I could just have a command for installing the VIPM LabVIEW API (even if it is not officially supported) via a CLI, that would be good enough for now until there is (hopefully) something more official.
