jyoung8711 Posted February 27, 2024 Report Posted February 27, 2024 I upgraded this toolkit from the 4.2 version on the LavaG board. After doing so the palettes are gone. This is the case for both 2024 64-bit, and 2021 64-bit. I see mnu files in the install directory, and it looks like the VIs are there, but the icon is gone from the OpenG palette. Quote
jyoung8711 Posted February 27, 2024 Author Report Posted February 27, 2024 for what it's worth... I was able to "fix" this by moving the file: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 20XX\user.lib\_dynamicpalette_dirs\OpenG\oglib_lvzip.mnu" To here: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 20XX\menus\Categories\OpenG\oglib_lvzip.mnu" And restarting labVIEW 1 Quote
Jim Kring Posted February 29, 2024 Report Posted February 29, 2024 Thanks for reporting this @jyoung8711. FYI @Rolf Kalbermatter Quote
Rolf Kalbermatter Posted March 13, 2024 Report Posted March 13, 2024 I uploaded a new version 5.0.1.0-1 which should address this and installation issues on Linux. 1 Quote
